Join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 AM for a virtual Tai Chi Walking class hosted through the Oliver Springs Public Library. Tai Chi Walking is a gentle form of exercise that promotes balance, relaxation, flexibility, and overall wellness.

This virtual event is free and open to the community.
